We accept returns on most unworn bracelets in their original condition and packaging. Please make sure all tags and any included pouches or cards are returned with your item.

2. Return Window
You may request a return within15 days of receiving your order. After this window, we’re unable to guarantee eligibility for a refund or exchange.

3. Condition of Items
To keep things fair for all customers, items must be free from signs of wear, damage, or alteration. If a bracelet is returned in a condition that prevents us from reselling it, we may not be able to issue a full refund.

4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, such as custom designs, final-sale pieces, or personalized bracelets, cannot be returned or exchanged. Any non-returnable items will be clearly marked at checkout.

5. How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please contact us via our Contact Form with your order number, the item you’d like to return, and the reason. We’ll reply with the next steps and, if applicable, a return address and instructions.

6. Refund Method
Approved returns will be refunded to your original method of payment, minus any applicable shipping fees, once the item has been received and inspected. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

7. Exchanges

8. Shipping Costs
Unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our side, return shipping costs are typically the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your peace of mind.
